Returns & Replacements

Because we sell a combination of new, used, refurbished and open-box product it is important that you choose your item carefully. 
If an item is faulty on arrival or damaged in transit, you must notify us within SEVEN DAYS. We will ask that the goods be returned to us and a replacement will be provided following an assessment of the goods. 
All sales are final; therefore, we do not accept replacements requests or refund if you receive an item and change your mind. If an item you receive is faulty, we would issue an RA ticket and get the unit replaced based on our warranty terms.

At NZTP we work hard to make online ordering as hassle free as possible. Browse our online store, add items to your cart and then follow the easy steps at the checkout to complete your purchase. NZTP endeavours to have accurate pricing at all times, we reserve the right to change pricing where errors have been made at any time.

NZTP Warranty & Returns Policy 

At NZTP we pride ourselves on supplying quality IT products, support and services to our customers. Should you feel the item you have purchased is not operating as it should or is defective, please do contact us right away, we are more than happy to help and resolve any issue quickly and effectively.

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and any repairs effected during that time unless agreed to by NZTP. Please do contact us as soon as you feel an issue has arisen.

Like any other retail outlet, should a fault arise with an item purchased from NZTP the original purchaser/customer is required to return the item to our premises at the customers cost. If an item is required to be shipped back to NZTP under warranty you will need to contact us via email – sales@nztp.co.nz to obtain an “RA” Number, Or Return of Asset number. NZTP will not accept any returns without being contacted first and an RA Number provided. We at NZTP will carry out any repairs in a quick and efficient time frame; our RA Turnaround time is typically the 7 days from receiving an item into our warehouse, unless otherwise stated to you or if additional parts are required to effect the repair. Once repairs are completed NZTP will then courier the item back to you, our customer, using our standard courier service .

Any changes to hardware/software configuration and added components not installed by NZTP will void warranty and no warranty service will be provided. Acts of misuse, accidental or deliberate damage, or foreign objects/substances entering the item will void warranty and no service will be provided.

Software products purchased are not covered by warranty this includes the Microsoft office packages and Microsoft Windows Products. Any defects due to workmanship in installing and setting up software packages will be remedied by NZTP under warranty., however errors or failure of the Operating system or software packages due to customer negligence, viruses, malware, or tampering will not be covered.

Non-Defective Items and returns:

Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you’ve made payment. Your order will arrive within 3-7 business days 

While every effort is made to deliver as advised, NZTP cannot accept any liability for delay due to the customer’s failure to complete customer obligations or any other reason beyond the control of NZTP (and/or its staff). NZTP cannot accept any liability resulting from a contracted party’s failure to deliver as advised.

Sale Prices
Occasionally some items on our website may go on sale for a limited time. The limited time sale price is for new orders only, not existing orders. 

Product Availability
In the event that a product you have ordered becomes out of stock or discontinued by the supplier, NZTP will offer a similar product to the same value and comparable specifications.
